Refund policy

5. Return Shipping and Prepaid Label
Aplustrades covers all return shipping costs. Consumers do not pay any additional fees.
A prepaid return label will be provided, which should be attached to the package according to the instructions for sending back the product.
6. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the returned product is incomplete or damaged and does not meet the return conditions, we will contact the consumer to explain and propose a solution.
