6. Exchange Processing
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will verify that it meets the exchange conditions.

Once verified, the replacement product will be shipped within 2 business days.

The shipment will be carried out via a reliable carrier, and a tracking link will be provided so the consumer can monitor the shipment status.
