2. Cancellation Timeframe
Consumers can request to cancel their order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it must be handled according to the return policy. Typically, we process and ship orders within 1 to 3 business days, so it is recommended to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.

6. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already left our warehouse in the United States or is in transit, it cannot be directly canceled. In this case, please follow the return policy and submit a return request within 14 days of receiving the product. Return shipping costs are covered by Aplustrades, and refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
7. Partial Cancellation for Multiple-Item Orders
For orders with multiple items, consumers may request cancellation of items that have not yet been shipped. Items already shipped must be returned according to the return policy.
